This is a great card for all sorts of occasions – from a gent’s card to a coming of age card. It’s also a good way of trying the Krafty Lady Art Moulds, if you haven’t used them before. They are so easy to use and work well with anything mouldable, kneadable or pourable. Here we are using Friendly Plastic.

Score and fold the card. Stamp the front with the Secret Keys, Dotty Wisp and Treasured Memories using the gold ink. Stamp the Keys in embossing ink and then heat emboss with a mix of gold and clear powders.
Tear a strip off down the right hand side of the card front. Open the card and sponge the Dusty Concord ink down the inside edge of the card, then add the gold/violet ink over the top and right up to the edge. Add a little more ink to the torn edge on the front.
Stamp a purple panel with Secret Keys in black, Treasured Memories in gold and the keys and Dotty Wisp in embossing ink. Heat emboss the images with gold and Pearlescent Violet embossing powder. Edge the panel with gold Krylon pen and mount it on to a white corrugated panel, using sticky foam pads. Mount on to the card.
Sprinkle a little of the violet embossing powder into the lock mould. Cut pieces of Friendly plastic and heat some in both moulds. Wet your fingers and work the plastic into shape. Leave to cool and then pop the pieces out of the moulds. Add dabs of gold Krylon pen to the key.
Add the brads to the lock and stick both moulds on to the card.
