All UK and Northern Ireland subscription gifts will be sent by:
Standard Royal Mail Delivery.
European and Rest of World orders will be dispatched by:
Royal Mail - Standard Delivery (Air Mail)
2. STOCK
Out of stock items will have to be ordered in, and will therefore take longer to deliver. We will notify you by email or telephone if this is the case.
Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.
Always give a correct e-mail address when placing an order so that we can readily notify you of any problems and keep you in touch with your order progress. It is our policy only to send marketing information to those customers who request it; we will not abuse your e-mail privacy.
