Memento Ink Pads
Memento dye ink pads are great as they are quick drying and fade resistant making them perfect for all your memory projects. The ink captures even the most intricate of designs giving a perfect impression. Once the ink is dry, it is water resistant as well so they work well with the watercolouring techniques.
The ink also dries on most papers, even coated and textured surfaces. They are available in 24 gorgeous colours with equally gorgeous names! Memento ink pads also come in the small Dew Drop pads and the colours are: Dandelion, Cantaloupe, Tangelo, Lady Bug, Rhubarb Stalk, Rose Bud, Angel Pink, Grape Jelly, Lilac Posies, Lulu Lavender, Sweet Plum, Danube Blue, Bahama Blue, Summer Sky, Paris Dusk, New Sprout, Pear Tart, Cottage Ivy, Bamboo Leaves, Rich Cocoa, Potter’s Clay, Desert Sand, Tuxedo Black and London Fog. The regular sized pad is £3.75 and the Dew Drop pad is £1.60. Mica Color Watercolour Paint
This new palette, from USArtQuest, features some very pretty sparkling mica and pigment watercolour paints in a lovely sepia-infused colour range. The ten paints are of artist quality, are fade archival and acid free, so they can be used on all your projects including scrapbooking. You can mix them with traditional watercolour to give a shimmering colour-toned effect on both light and dark surfaces. Simply mist or add water using a brush and you are ready to paint. For a more saturated colour, apply the paint in layers. The colours in this palette are – Shabby Blue, Classic Gold, Aged Champagne, Vintage Red, Granny’s Mink, Copper Pipe, Seagreen Blue, Sepia Veil, Moss Green and Stormy Sky. The palette costs £19.95, but it will last for ages. Decorative Stapler and Staples This is a special stapler that only works with it’s own staples. It will staple through a maximum of ten sheets of 80gsm standard paper and up to two pieces of 400gsm cardstock. It can also be used on felt, foam materials and many other materials. It was designed specifically for cardmaking, scrapbooking and photo corners and a variety of decorative staples are available. The stapler costs £4.45 and comes with a selection of plain coloured staples. The packs of decorative staples cost £4.45 and are available in packs of Christmas Words, Journaling Words, Baby Words, Celebration Words, Springtime Words, Family Words, Pinks & Purples, Oranges & Browns, Metallics, Heart Apertures and Star Apertures. Adhesive Ribbons These paper ‘ribbons’ are sure to be a hit. They are ‘kiss-cut’ adhesive strips and they are available in two different vintage floral designs. Each A4 sheet contains nine strips in different widths and they can be cut to thinner strips as well if needed. I think they will look great on scrapbook pages as well as on cards. At just 99p per sheet they are well worth giving a go!
